Hope Studios is a European film studio backed by industry heavyweights on a mission to bring hope and inspiration to audiences everywhere.
Led by seasoned producer Fredrik Wikström Nicastro, the studio aims to be a vessel for creatives, authors and thinkers who share the company’s passion of combining mainstream appeal with meaningful impact.
Hope Studios has offices in Stockholm and London and has an overall deal with Black Bear for international sales and distribution and is backed by Carnegie Investment Bank.

We are living in exceptional times. As the world is evolving faster than ever, we seem to balance between two possible futures. One consisting of peace, unity and prosperity and a much bleaker one, consisting of ecological disruption, division and suffering. If we care for the wellbeing of the next generations, it has never been more urgent that the actions we take today, help steer us towards the future we want. Film has a unique power to emotionally connect, to inspire and make meaningful impact. That is why this moment in time brings a challenge to artists and storytellers, as they have the tools to help shape a new reality. To tell stories that bring hope. That help us understand and care for each other, our ecosystems and for other species.
